AFFINITY METALS ISSUES SHARES TO NORTHLINE GOLD PROPERTY OPTIONORS

Further to Affinity Metals Corp.'s press release of June 1, 2026, the company has now issued 300,000 shares to the owners of the Northline gold property, as partial consideration for the optioned purchase of the Northline gold property. These shares are subject to a hold period expiring Oct. 9, 2026, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities laws.
