The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-four-old basis, effective at the open on May 3, 2024. According to the TSX, the company will continue trading under the symbol AEZS. The new Cusip number is 007975 60 0.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued in connection with the consolidation and no cash will be paid in lieu of fractional postconsolidation shares. No amount will be paid by the company for any fractional shares. To receive the postconsolidation shares, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates or DRS advices to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Toronto.

The TSX has been advised that the shares will be posted for trading on a postconsolidated basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at the open on May 3, 2024.
