AETHER GLOBAL INNOVATIONS ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Aether Global Innovations Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 10 million units of securities at a price of five cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

Each unit will comprise one common share and one fully transferable share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 10 cents for three years from the closing of the offering. Finders' fees may be payable on a portion of the offering at the discretion of the company.

The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital and business development.
