ADVANTEX ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO DEBENTURES

Advantex Marketing International Inc. has obtained requisite approval from holders of its 9 per cent senior secured non-convertible debentures in the principal aggregate amount of $7,759,000 and maturing Dec. 31, 2025, to defer the interest due in March, 2024, where the deferred interest shall be paid in four equal instalments along with the regularly scheduled semi-annual interest payments due over the remaining term of the debentures, and to reset debenture financial covenants for the quarter ending March 31, 2024.
