ANDREW PELLER LIMITED ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2025 DIVIDEND

Andrew Peller Ltd. has approved a quarterly common share dividend of 6.15 cents per Class A share and 5.35 cents per Class B share to be paid on Oct. 11, 2024, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2024. The company has consistently paid common share dividends since 1979 and has increased dividends seven times over the last 10 years, most recently in fiscal 2022. The company currently designates all dividends paid as eligible dividends for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) unless indicated otherwise.
