AD4 CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CORPORATE SECRETARY AND SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENT

Ben Colangelo has resigned as AD4 Capital Corp.'s corporate secretary, effective immediately, to allow Mr. Colangelo to pursue other corporate opportunities. Alfredo De Lucrezia, president and chief executive officer, commented: "On behalf of the board of directors, AD4 thanks Mr. Colangelo for his integral service to AD4 and his professionalism throughout his tenure as corporate secretary. He was an invaluable member of our team, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours."

AD4 has appointed Glenn Yeadon as its new corporate secretary. Mr. Yeadon is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the field of securities law for over 40 years and is and has been a director and/or officer of many reporting issuers. In conjunction with his appointment, AD4 has granted Mr. Yeadon an incentive stock option entitling him to purchase up to 100,000 shares at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of five years.
