AD4 CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT FOR TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

As disclosed in the TSX Venture Exchange's bulletin dated Sept. 21, 2023, AD4 Capital Corp.'s shares were reinstated for trading on the TSX-V on Sept. 25, 2023. As previously disclosed, AD4 also announces that it intends to review various other potential acquisitions that would constitute its qualifying transaction pursuant to the provisions of TSX-V Policy 2.4; further information in that regard will be provided in due course.
