ARCUS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Arcus Development Group Inc. has granted 600,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company under its stock option plan.

The options are exercisable to acquire up to 600,000 common shares of the company at an exercise price of 45 cents per common share. The options vest as immediately and will expire on April 22, 2028, two years from the date of the grant.
