ARCUS BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Arcus Development Group Inc. has made the following changes to the board of directors and management, effective at 4 p.m. Pacific Time on April 9, 2026:

Ian Talbot will resign as president, chief executive officer and a director.

James Gray will resign as chief financial officer and a director.

Gary Paulson and Graham Downs will resign as directors.

Rhonda Schultz will resign as secretary.
The company also announces that, effective April 7, 2026, William A. Wengzynowski, BASc, PEng, resigned from the company's technical committee and as the company's qualified person.
Darryl Jones will remain as the sole director of the company.
