Effective at 4 p.m. Pacific Time on March 30, 2026, Grant Longhurst, a founding board member of Arcus Development Group Inc., has resigned as a director. The company would like to warmly thank Mr. Longhurst for his two decades of service as a board member and for his contributions throughout that time.
