ARCUS APPOINTS ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR

Arcus Development Group Inc. has appointed Darryl Jones to the board of directors.

Mr. Jones is the president and chief executive officer of Star Copper Corp., a copper exploration company with active projects in the Golden Triangle and Golden Horseshoe regions of British Columbia.

Mr. Jones was a founding director of Alpha Lithium Corp. which amalgamated with a private subsidiary of TechEnergy Lithium Canada Inc. as part of a $313-million transaction in December of 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Jones spent 15 years in the capital markets as an investment adviser with PI Financial Corp. Canada and Raymond James Ltd. Canada.
