ARCUS BOARD CHANGE

Arcus Development Group Inc.'s long-serving board member Marc Blythe has resigned as a director. The Arcus board and management would like to thank Mr. Blythe for his service, advice and contributions as a board member over the years, and wish him every success in his continuing business ventures.
