ADCORE TO PUBLISH FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS ON MAY 14, 2026

Adcore Inc. will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2026 before the market opens on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

Adcore will host a webcast and conference call to discuss those results on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. ET.
