North Vancouver, BC, Canada, May 29, 2015 � ACT Aurora Control Technologies
Corp. announces a change in company name to Aurora Solar Technologies Inc. to
better align with its focus on measurement and yield optimization solutions for the
Solar Industry. The name change is effective May 28, 2015 and there is no change to
the trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange.

"This name change clearly conveys our commitment to solar cell manufacturers to
improve the quality and yield from their production lines", said Michael Heaven,
Chairman and CEO. He went on to say that "Aurora's revolutionary Veritas
measurement and control solutions are proving mission critical to reducing cell
variability, increasing the power output per cell and therefore maximizing the
selling price per watt".
