AUTOCANADA ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST DETAILS FOR Q1 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS
AutoCanada Inc. will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, after the market close, and will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
Additionally, the company will hold its annual general meeting in a virtual-only format on May 14, 2026, at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, to be conducted via live audio webcast. On-line access to the meeting will begin at 12:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person.

This portfolio currently consists of 10 franchised dealerships representing seven brands in Illinois. In 2025, AutoCanada's U.S. dealerships sold approximately 8,000 new and used retail vehicles.
