AUTOCANADA ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND VOTING RESULTS
AutoCanada Inc. has noted that all resolutions were passed at its annual and special meeting held on May 4, 2023. A total of 15,786,187 common shares (representing 67.03 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company) were represented virtually or by proxy at the meeting. Each of the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 20, 2023, were duly elected as directors of the company for the ensuing year, as shown in the associated table.
