ATCO TO RELEASE YEAR END 2025 RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 26, 2026

Atco Ltd. will release its financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026. The results, including financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, will be posted on Atco's website.

Atco will hold a live teleconference and webcast with Katie Patrick, executive vice-president and chief financial and investment officer, and Adam Beattie, president, structures, at 10 a.m. Mountain Time (12 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at 1-833-821-0222. No passcode is required.

Opening remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer period with investment analysts. Participants are asked to please dial in 10 minutes prior to the start and request to join the Atco teleconference.
