ATCO ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF DAWN FARRELL FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Following the Canadian federal government's announcement earlier today appointing Dawn Farrell as chief executive officer, major projects office, Ms. Farrell has resigned from the Atco Ltd. board of directors, effective immediately.
