ATCO LTD. ANNOUNCES SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES ISSUE

Atco Ltd. will issue $250-million of 3.878 per cent senior unsecured notes maturing on May 27, 2030, at a price of $100 to yield 3.878 per cent. This issue was sold by BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, Bank of Nova Scotia, CIBC Capital Markets, ATB Capital Markets and MUFG. Proceeds from the issue will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
