ATCO TO RELEASE YEAR END 2023 RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 29, 2024

Atco Ltd. will release its financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024. The results, including financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, will be posted on the company's website.

Atco will hold a live teleconference and webcast at 10 a.m. Mountain Time (12 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at 1-800-319-4610. No passcode is required.

Katie Patrick, executive vice-president and chief financial and investment officer, and Adam Beattie, president, structures, will discuss year-end 2023 financial results and recent developments. Opening remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer period with investment analysts.
