ATCO TO RELEASE THIRD QUARTER 2023 RESULTS ON OCTOBER 26, 2023

Atco Ltd. will release its financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2023, on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023. The news release will be distributed on-line and the results, including financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, will be posted on the company's website.

Atco will hold a live teleconference and webcast at 10 a.m. Mountain Time (12 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023, at 1-800-319-4610. No pass code is required.

Katie Patrick, executive vice president, chief financial and investment officer, will discuss third quarter 2023 financial results and recent developments. Opening remarks will be followed by a question and answer period with investment analysts.
