ATCO TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER 2023 RESULTS ON JULY 27, 2023

Atco Ltd. will release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, on Thursday, July 27, 2023. The news release will be distributed on-line and the results, including financial statements and management discussion and analysis, will be posted on Atco's website.

Atco will hold a live teleconference and webcast at 10 a.m. Mountain Time (12 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at 1-800-319-4610. No passcode is required.

Katie Patrick, executive vice-president, chief financial and investment officer, will discuss second quarter 2023 financial results and recent developments. Opening remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer period with investment analysts.
