A.C.L. CONSTRUCTION LTD. ANNOUNCES AWARD OF SITE C CULTURAL CENTRE PROJECT, GRANT OF EQUITY AWARDS

A.C.L. Construction Ltd. has been awarded a contract for the Site C Cultural Centre.

The company expects the gross value of the contract to be approximately $2-million. Work to be performed by A.C.L. includes site grading and preparation, building foundation excavation, site services and underground utilities, and pavement structure supply and installation. The project is expected to be split into two construction seasons, commencing in second quarter 2026, in which the building will be completed prior to the completion of the pavement structure and final grading.

Grant of equity awards

The company has granted 150,000 restricted stock units to certain directors of the company.

In accordance with the company's omnibus incentive equity plan, the RSUs will vest on April 1, 2027. The issuance of the RSUs remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
