ACCORD ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING

Accord Financial Corp. has released the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders (AGM) held today via a live webcast.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting as set out in the attached tables. A total of 6,479,458 shares were represented at the AGM, representing 75.70 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares.

Election of directors

Three nominees were elected to serve as directors of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP, chartered professional accountants, was appointed as the auditor of the company for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
