Further to its bulletin dated Aug. 15, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange is reminding the holders of Accord Financial Corp.'s 7.0 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures that the interest rate on the debentures will increase to 10.0 per cent per year, effective Jan. 2, 2024. As a result, the debentures will be posted for trading at the open on Jan. 2, 2024, under the new name, 10.0 per cent convertible unsecured debentures. There will be no change in the trading symbol (ACD.DB) and Cusip number.

According to the TSX, trades in the debentures on Dec. 28, 2023, and Dec. 29, 2023, will settle on Dec. 29, 2023. For more information, see the company's management information circular dated June 30, 2023, and its news release dated Aug. 15, 2023.
