The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in two mineral claim block licences, located in Labrador's Central mineral belt in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, commonly known as the Sylvia Lake uranium project.
Consideration: $674,000 over two years, 1.76 million common shares at closing and $250,000 in work expenditures over two years
Of the consideration, $12,000 cash and all of the 1.76 million common shares will be issued to an arm's-length underlying owner at the time of closing. The remaining $662,000 cash will be paid to the arm's-length optionor, with $162,000 being paid at closing and $500,000 being paid over two years.
The company will also pay an arm's-length party a finder's fee totalling up to 1,143,000 common shares if the option for the property is exercised. All of the finder's shares that will be issued will be subject to the exchange's Tier 2 escrow.
