The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 60-per-cent interest in the Big Hill lithium project (three exploration licences, 7,500 hectares), located in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Consideration:  $225,000 cash, 13.85 million common shares and $3.25-million in work expenditures

The property is subject to an existing 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, with the company having the right to repurchase one-half for $1-million at any time.

An arm's-length finder will receive $20,000 cash and up to 1.31 million common shares.
