AirTest Announces New Management

DELTA, BC, April 16, 2024 ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (TSXV: AAT, OTC: AATGF, the "Company") CEO Ted Konyi announces that the Company has received the resignation of Lorne Stewart as President, effective as of April 30, 2024, and welcomes Russell Moore as President effective as of May 1, 2024.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Stewart for his time with the Company and the significant improvements to operations he has made as well as the new initiatives in the sales and marketing of the Company's products he has initiated. We wish him well in his future endeavors.

Russell Moore joined the board in December 2023 and will lead the day to day operations of the Company as President. He has already provided additional insights to further enhance operations and marketing initiatives. Mr. Moore currently owns and successfully operates RippleFx Water Inc. based in New Westminster. As a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Moore brings the skills necessary to grow the Company. Working closely with the CEO, we anticipate that Mr. Moore will bring his enterprising expertise and managerial talent to create a winning combination for the Company.
