Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors of Aadirection Capital Corp. on March 21, 2023, and the certificate of name change dated Oct. 26, 2023, Aadirection has changed its name from Aadirection to Centenario Gold Corp. There is no consolidation of share capital.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023, the common shares of Centenario will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Aadirection will be delisted.
The company is classified as a mining company.
