25022011 Ltd. ("25022011") announces that on October 7, 2015 it acquired 2,500,000 units of Armor Minerals Inc. ("Armo
--->r") at a price of $0.10 per unit through a private placement of Armor. Each unit is comprised of one common share ("Sh
--->are") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") exercisable for one Share at a price of $0.15 expiring on Oc
--->tober 7, 2020.   As a result of this transaction 25022011 increased its Share ownership to 16,809,053 Shares of Armor 
--->representing 46.25% of the issued and outstanding shares of Armor and 16,809,053 Warrants representing 48.56% of the i
--->ssued and outstanding warrants of Armor. 

Richard Warke beneficially holds 100% of 25022011.  As a result of the acquisition by 25022011 described above Mr. War
--->ke owns, indirectly, 16,809,053 common shares of Armor, representing 46.25% of the current issued and outstanding shar
--->es of Armor and would indirectly own 19,309,053 common shares, representing 46.70% on a partially diluted basis, assum
--->ing the exercise of 2,500,000 warrants.

25022011 acquired the securities for investment purposes and has no present intention to acquire further securities of
---> Armor, although it may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of Armor through the market, privately or other
--->wise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
