March 7, 2011: Aerocast Inc. (CNSX: A; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 0AE; (www.aerocastinc.com) announces a unit offering of the Company's securities at $0.20 per unit, where each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable for two years at $0.20 per share.

The company also announces that it has SEDAR filed amended financial statements for the interim periods ended September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010 to correct a typographical error that appeared in each of the balance sheets whereby the shareholders' deficit amount inadvertently did not contain brackets to indicate a negative amount. With respect to the six month interim period ended September 30, 2010, the amended financial statements state that as at September 30, 2010 the company's shareholder deficit was $(2,841,237) instead of $2,841,237 as previously reported. With respect to the nine month interim period ended December 31, 2010, the amended financial statements state that as at December 31, 2010 the company's shareholder deficit was $(2,404,395) instead of $2,404,395 as previously reported.
