ASHBURN, Va., Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Telos Corporation (NASDAQ: TLS), a leading provider of cyber, cloud and enterprise security solutions for the world’s most security-conscious organizations, today announced a contract award expanding its work with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) through the deployment of its FedRAMP Class D (High)-authorized Xacta® software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.
Under the contract, NARA will use Xacta 360™ and Xacta.ai™ to enhance its cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities in a secure cloud environment. Xacta 360 will provide an integrated solution for managing security authorization workflows, control assessments, compliance documentation and continuous monitoring, while Xacta.ai will apply AI-powered analysis and automation to reduce manual effort and generate actionable risk and compliance insights.
“This award expands our relationship with NARA and reflects the agency’s continued confidence in Xacta,” said John B. Wood, chairman and chief executive officer, Telos. “AI can be a powerful catalyst for technology modernization – helping federal agencies reduce manual effort, uncover insights faster and make more informed risk decisions. By delivering AI-powered analysis and automation within a secure FedRAMP Class D-authorized SaaS environment, Xacta will help NARA modernize how it manages cybersecurity risk and compliance.”
NARA is responsible for preserving and providing public access to the permanent records of the federal government, while also overseeing federal records management. The agency’s expanded use of Xacta will support its ability to manage cyber risk and compliance across the technology environments that enable this important public mission.
Xacta is Telos’ cyber GRC platform, designed to help organizations manage cybersecurity risk and compliance across complex enterprise environments. Its integrated capabilities support security authorization, continuous monitoring and AI-assisted risk analysis, enabling organizations to improve visibility, make informed decisions and maintain ongoing awareness of their security and compliance posture.
The full Xacta platform is authorized at the FedRAMP Class D (High) impact level, the program’s highest security baseline. This authorization enables federal agencies to deploy Xacta’s SaaS capabilities in environments that handle sensitive unclassified information through a standardized, government-wide approach to cloud security assessment and authorization.
