Beyond Oil Commences Sales With Iconic American Fast-Food Chain

Initial Commercial Rollout Has Commenced with Three Franchisees in Three US States

2026-05-13 07:30 ET - News Release

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beyond Oil Ltd. (TSX: BOIL) (OTCQB: BEOLF) (“Beyond Oil” or the “Company”), a food-tech innovation company dedicated to reducing health risks associated with fried food while lowering operational costs, improving food quality, minimizing waste and enhancing sustainability, today announced that it has commenced commercial sales with another medium-sized fast food chain in the United States.

This achievement represents another major advancement in Beyond Oil's U.S. commercial expansion strategy, following an extensive pilot validation program that began in late 2025 and expanded to a multi-location pilot in Q1 of 2026. The pilots demonstrated Beyond Oil’s exceptional performance under the chain’s strict health and operational standards. This achievement further advances Beyond Oil's penetration into the US fast-food sector and establishes a powerful foundation for accelerated growth across the chain's national restaurant network.

Beyond Oil has commenced an initial commercial rollout into restaurants owned by three franchisees in three American states. After the initial rollout phase is complete, the Company expects to extend the commercial rollout across the chain’s restaurant group in the United States. The fast-food chain has hundreds of locations in the United States and internationally.

"Today marks yet another milestone in Beyond Oil’s ongoing efforts to expand its reach in the United States with the completion of our successful pilot program and initial sales to an iconic American fast-food chain," said Michael Nemirow, President of Beyond Oil North America. "Throughout the pilot phase, we witnessed once again how our solution improves the food quality that their customers love while simultaneously delivering the operational efficiencies and health benefits that matter to restaurant operators. Our team is working very hard to expand our presence in other states within this chain’s vast US network and also to replicate these successes in other US chains in the coming weeks and months."
