Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - December 12, 2025 – Pursuant to the early warning requirements of applicable Canadian securities laws, Salvatore Milia reports that he and the Milia 2008 Family Trust (the “Trust”), of which Mr. Milia is a trustee, have acquired ownership and direction or control over an additional 5,440,541 common shares (the “Common Shares”) of Christina Lake Cannabis Corp. (CSE: CLC) (the “Company”) since the filing of his initial early warning report dated December 4, 2024.

Since the initial early warning report, the Common Shares were acquired between April 30, 2025 and December 10, 2025 at prices ranging from $0.035 to $0.050 per Common Share for aggregate consideration of approximately $262,117.05.

Immediately prior to the acquisitions referred to above, Mr. Milia and the Trust had ownership and direction or control over 25,955,372 Common Shares, representing approximately 13.82% of the 187,785,808 issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company on a non-diluted basis.

As a result of the acquisitions referred to above, Mr. Milia and the Trust now have ownership and direction or control over 31,395,913 Common Shares, representing approximately 12.65% of the 248,093,565 issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company on a non-diluted basis.

The Common Shares were acquired for investment purposes. Mr. Milia has a long-term view of the investment and, depending on market conditions and other circumstances, may in the future increase or decrease his shareholdings in the Company, whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreement or otherwise.
