November Field Program at South Hedley Gold-Copper Project, Boosts Potential of the Glix Exploration Target

2025-11-26 10:30 ET - News Release

(via TheNewswire)

Adamera Minerals Corp.

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - November 2 6 , 2025 – Adamera Minerals Corp . (TSX-V: ADZ; OTC: DDNFF) (“Adamera” or the “Company”) reports results from the November 2025 exploration program on the South Hedley property. The program has substantially expanded the footprint of the Glix Gold Prospect, outlining a larger, more cohesive target than previously recognized.

Work completed in the program

  • 13 line-kilometres of detailed ground magnetic surveying

  • 6 line-kilometres of VLF-EM surveying

  • 441 soil samples collected on the Glix Prospect

  • 165 soil samples collected on the Max Prospect.

  • A total of 606 soil samples awaiting analysis

Mark Kolebaba, President and CEO, comments: “Integrating the data sets has elevated  Glix  to a very compelling new gold target. In summary, we have multi-element gold geochemistry directly over a 300–400  metre  WSW trending conductor, a possible magnetite-destructive alteration zone, and a geological/structural setting that is analogous to the Nickel Plate and Mascot gold mines. I expect the next round of soil sample results could well provide the evidence needed to conclude that  Glix  is a top-tier drill target for the district .”

Highlights from the Program

  • The VLF-EM survey at Glix outlines a +300m long WSW-ENE conductive corridor that is open to the ENE. The width is 100m.

  • Ground magnetic data define a broad magnetic low interpreted as magnetite-destructive hydrothermal alteration

  • Soil sampling returning a strong gold response ranging from 80 ppb to 4,283 ppb.  The gold reports with high arsenic, zinc and copper immediately over the VLF-EM conductor.  The high geochemistry straddles the magnetic low interpreted to be a magnetite-destructive alteration.

  • Limestone and calcareous horizons resemble the reactive lithologies that host gold skarn mineralization at the Nickel Plate and Mascot 2 mines.

  • Favourable secondary NW–SE cross-structures are present

Emerging Comparison to the Nickel Plate and Mascot Mines

The orientation of the Glix VLF-EM conductor is comparable to the orientation of the mineralized zone at Nickel Plate and Mascot mines 1,2 .  In addition, secondary NW–SE cross-structures are noted. Such secondary structures are known to form dilation zones to host mineralization in the Hedley District 3 .  Soil samples with gold contents ranging from 80 ppb to 4282 ppb lie directly on the conductor.  The gold-arsenic-zinc-copper suite is consistent with intrusion and skarn related gold observed in the Hedley gold camp 1,3 .

Gold-bearing skarn zones at both the Nickel Plate and Mascot mines are documented to be conductive due to significant pyrrhotite- and pyrite-rich skarn alteration 2,3 .  These sulphide-bearing horizons produce strong EM responses and were historically used to outline mineralized structural corridors.

Ground magnetic data at Glix define a broad magnetic low interpreted as magnetite-destructive alteration. The low is adjacent to magnetic highs to the northwest that correspond to magnetite-rich skarn-like units.  Similar alteration halos surround mineralized skarn zones at Nickel Plate 1 and Mascot 3 .  This contrasting low–high magnetic pattern is a defining geophysical feature of the Hedley gold skarn belt. The pattern corresponds directly to the NE–ENE shear corridors and NW–SE cross-structures that host mineralization at Nickel Plate and Mascot¹²³⁴.

Next Steps

The next phase of work will focus on integrating the pending soil sample results with the existing geophysical and geological datasets to build a fully integrated 3D model of the Glix prospect. This model will be used to prioritize drill targets.  In parallel, the Company will submit a Notice of Work (NoW) drill application to ensure permitting is in place as targets are finalized.

The 18,714-hectare South Hedley property lies within an established mineral belt in southern British Columbia. The belt extends from the historic Nickel Plate gold mine at Hedley (more than 2.5 million ounces of gold) (1) , to the Copper Mountain copper-gold-silver mine near Princeton (+1 billion pounds of copper reported since 2011) (5) .

About Adamera

Adamera Minerals Corp. is exploring for a high-grade gold and base metal deposit in Canada and USA. The Company is actively advancing projects with near-term discovery and development potential in Washington. Adamera is also reviewing options for its tungsten project in Washington State.

Gordon Gibson (P.Geo.), qualified person under NI 43-101, is an independent consultant that has reviewed and approved data associated with this release.

Samples were analyzed for gold at Activation Laboratories using 30 g fire-assay and in-house analysis using the DetectORE method. Such methods were described in previous releases by the company in 2025. The copper values in soil extending beyond the Max Prospect were determined by pXRF in house. Standards were inserted every 10 th sample for QC/QA. Prior to pXRF analysis, the soil samples were sieved to -80 mesh size fraction.
