(CSE: NVRS; FSE: 0NF0; OTC: MYCOF) (“ Noveris ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that its annual general meeting of shareholders (the " Meeting ") will be held on September 4, 2026 at 1890-1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The record date for the meeting has been set for July 21, 2026.

At the Meeting, shareholders of the Company will be asked to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve the following matters:

1. the election of directors of the Company for the ensuing year;  

2. the appointment of the Company's auditor for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration; and  

3. such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
