(“P2 CleanTech Labs”).

P2 CleanTech Labs will be dedicated exclusively to carbon mitigation research and development , with an initial focus on exploring innovative approaches involving genetically engineered bacteria for potential carbon capture applications.

The formation of P2 CleanTech Labs reflects the Company’s broader strategic initiative to complement its core solar energy operations with longer-term research efforts aimed at addressing carbon reduction challenges.
