Adamera Continues to Expand the Max Copper-Gold Target: High Copper and Gold in Soil Coincident with IP Chargeability, South Hedley Project

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - September 16, 2026 – Adamera Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: ADZ; OTC: DDNFF) (“Adamera” or the “Company”) announces it has completed three additional induced polarization (“IP”) lines at its Max Copper-Gold Target on its 100%-owned South Hedley Property in southern British Columbia. Every line completed to date has detected the chargeability anomaly. On line L2200 anomalous chargeabilities are present in the immediate vicinity of the highest copper and gold in soil values returned at Max to date, which include 1,450 ppm copper and 1.34 g/t gold.

The chargeability anomaly reaches 3 to 4 kilometres (km) in width along individual north-south survey lines and 1.6 km of strike, to date. The five completed lines, L3000, L2600, L2200, L1800 and L1400, are spaced 400 metres apart. The survey is being conducted along 5 km lines using a pole-dipole array at 100-metre dipole spacing.

The objective of the IP survey is to define the limits of the chargeability anomaly and the extent of the Max copper-gold target. Results from the fifth line, L1400, show chargeability weakening to the west, as predicted by the ground magnetic data and regional geology. Adamera interprets this as a possible western limit of the anomaly. The anomaly remains open to the east, and the survey will move east of L3000, starting with L3400.

The coincidence of chargeability and copper-gold in soil was first reported on the initial survey line and is now carried across much of the strike length defined to date. The coincidence is partial, as the soil sampling completed to date is not continuous. An additional 2,000 soil samples were collected during the 2026 program to provide more complete coverage along the IP survey lines. Results for the 2026 soil samples are pending.

The anomaly has grown in area with every line we have completed, and we have an estimated 3 km by 1.6 km anomaly with the eastern side currently unbound. The Target Characteristics

  • Proven belt: The Max Copper-Gold Target lies within the Quesnel Trough, a porphyry copper-gold belt in southern British Columbia, and is located 18 km from the producing Copper Mountain mine and 18 km from the historic Nickel Plate gold mine near Hedley.  

  • Characteristic porphyry geochemical response: A 3 by 2 km copper±gold-in-soil anomaly at Max forms a distinctive horseshoe pattern, a geochemical signature consistent with mineralized porphyry systems. The copper anomaly remains open, and the 2026 soil sampling is intended to help determine its extent.  

  • A buried intrusive source: Recent ground magnetic surveying has defined a 3 by 3 km magnetic high coincident with the copper-gold soil anomaly, interpreted as a buried intrusive body with a modelled top at approximately 110 metres depth beneath the volcanic cover. Small outcrops of diorite-composition intrusive rocks carrying anomalous copper have been identified within the magnetic feature near zones of chargeability.  

  • Geophysical response at depth: The IP data indicate the chargeability response persists below 300 metres depth and appears to originate beneath the volcanic cover rather than within it. Coincident resistivity data show the anomaly is hosted in moderate-to-elevated resistivity rock rather than a low-resistivity conductor, a pattern consistent with disseminated sulphides in resistive host rock.
     

Next Steps

  • IP survey: shift the IP survey east of L3000, starting with line L3400, with additional lines as required to close off the anomaly eastward. New data from L2200, L1800 and L1400 will be submitted for inversion modelling.  

  • Soil geochemistry: processing of the 2,000 soil samples collected in 2026 along the IP survey lines and across the open margins of the copper-gold soil anomaly. Additional samples are planned on the north end of L2200 where the chargeability increased and remains open.  

  • Drilling: advance the pending drill permit application to test the IP chargeability anomaly and other resulting targets.

South Hedley Project

South Hedley is a copper-gold property near Princeton, British Columbia, within the Quesnel Trough. With the Bromley claim applications announced on September 8, 2026, which added over 4,700 hectares and extended the property 12 km westward to the eastern claim boundary of Hudbay Minerals Inc.’s Copper Mountain mine claims, the property now covers over 24,000 hectares. Work to date has advanced two targets: the Max Copper-Gold Target, a covered porphyry target defined by coincident copper-gold soil geochemistry, magnetics and IP; and Glix, a gold skarn target defined by soil geochemistry, electromagnetic and magnetic survey data. Drill permit applications for both targets were submitted in February 2026 and remain pending.

Martin St. Pierre, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and a consultant to the Company, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this news release. Survey results reported herein are preliminary, several lines remain to be completed, and the dimensions reported are subject to revision on final data processing and inversion modelling. The Copper Mountain and Nickel Plate mines are located on properties adjacent to or near the South Hedley Property. Mineralization on those properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the South Hedley Property.
