CALGARY, ALBERTA, September 30, 2026 – TheNewswire - Lithium Chile Inc. (“ Lithium Chile ” or the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Steven Cochrane has tendered his resignation as the President and CEO and as a director of the Company effective September 29, 2026.

The Board of Directors of Lithium Chile would like to express their unqualified and sincere appreciation to Mr. Cochrane for his significant contributions to the Company. The Company is grateful for his dedication and commitment to Lithium Chile and its shareholders.  Mr. Cochrane’s decision was guided by retirement ambitions.

Mr. Al Kroontje, Lithium Chile’s Chairperson, will assume Mr. Cochrane’s responsibilities on an interim basis.
