(OTCQX: CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.29 per share, an increase of $0.02 from the dividend paid for the 3^rd Quarter of 2022, payable on October 13, 2023 for shareholders of record on September 30, 2023.
