Senior capital formation executive brings extensive institutional fundraising and private markets experience

ORIX Corporation USA ("ORIX USA") today announced the appointment of Lourdes (Fisher) Solis as Managing Director, Head of Capital Formation - Americas. Based in New York, Ms. Solis will join ORIX USA's Capital Formation & Investor Relations leadership team.

In this role, Ms. Solis will lead capital formation strategy across the Americas, with a focus on deepening and expanding strategic relationships with institutional investors and supporting the continued growth of ORIX USA's private markets platform. She will work closely with the firm's investment teams to connect investor objectives with ORIX USA's investment capabilities, while contributing to product strategy, market positioning and the development of new opportunities across the platform.

Ms. Solis joins ORIX USA from Bridge Investment Group, where she served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Client Solutions Group. In that role, she co-led global capital formation and investor coverage, raised more than $1 billion across flagship real estate equity and credit strategies, and led capital formation for the firm's Multifamily Equity and commercial real estate debt businesses.

Previously, Ms. Solis spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank Securities, where she held senior roles in Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets and Debt Private Placements. Over the course of her career, she has developed and expanded relationships with sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, public pensions, global consultants and other institutional investors.
