ISG Announces 2026 ISG Women in Digital Awards Winners for the Americas

Leaders with Sutherland, Sterling Multi-Chem, DXC Technology, Hussmann Corporation, PepsiCo and Philipps 66 named gold winners in six award categories

Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, today announced the winners of the fifth annual ISG Women in Digital Awards program for the Americas, recognizing women and their achievements in technology roles.

At a live, virtual award ceremony the evening of September 10, leaders with Sutherland, Sterling Multi-Chem, DXC Technology, Hussmann Corporation, PepsiCo and Philipps 66 were honored as gold winners in six categories. Silver and bronze winners were also recognized, along with the down-selected finalists, known as luminaries, for each category.

An independent panel of judges, comprised of Stacey Cadigan, partner, ISG; Michelle George, senior vice president and chief transition officer, Enbridge; June Rochford, vice president, Advisor Relations, Genpact; Christine C. Putur, member of the board of directors of ISG, and Jazz Samra, North America commercialization and business development lead, Nium, evaluated the nominations and selected the following winners:

    Silver Winner: Yiran Shan, engagement manager, The Math Company, Inc.
    Gold Winner: Sreyoshi Gupta, AVP - Influencer Relations at Sutherland
  • Women’s Advocate: for playing an active role guiding women to succeed in the digital world.

    Bronze Winner: Rianat Abbas, senior associate, Business Performance, Amgen
    Silver Winner: Shimona Chadha, chief marketing officer, Persistent
    Gold Winner: Paulina De La Rosa, corporate account manager, Sterling Multi-Chem

    Digital Innovator: for making a significant impact on an organization, business or client through creative use of digital solutions.

    Bronze Winner: Lesia Bilitchenko, senior manager, Southern California Edison
    Silver Winner: Meenakshi Nissim Ghoge, senior director, Data and Analytics, Mondelēz International
    Gold Winner: Lisa Beaudoin, vice president, Platform Innovation and Automation, DXC Technology

    Rock Star Leader: for leading a major transformation with significant business impact and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

    Silver Winner: Tashia Bain, vice president, Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud, Aflac

    AI Champion: for driving the strategic use of AI as a catalyst to dramatically transform how a company or organization works, how a product or service performs, or how people live or work.

    Bronze Winner: Nikita Kharya, vice president, Morgan Stanley
    Silver Winner: Andrea Sule, director, Patient Access Analytics and Insights, Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
    Gold Winner: Carla Eid, senior vice president, Data and AI Architecture and Governance, PepsiCo

Tandra Perkins, executive vice president and chief digital and administrative officer, Phillips 66, was chosen by the judges as the Digital Titan of the Year for the Americas from among all regional nominees, recognizing her as the most outstanding woman in digital for 2026.

The ISG Women in Digital Awards program, launched in the Americas in 2022, was expanded in 2023 to the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions, including India. In 2026, the global program had more than 700 finalists, who are listed in the online ISG Women in Digital eBook. Winners will be announced during live, virtual, regional awards ceremonies on September 17 for Asia Pacific, and September 24 for EMEA.

The ISG Women in Digital Awards are part of the ISG Women in Digital program, established in 2018 to provide a platform to exchange practical advice and innovative ideas on advocacy and advancement in the workplace.
