Regions Bank is offering flood-relief financial assistance for consumers and businesses, while the Regions Foundation is supporting Red Cross response efforts.

Regions Bank on Monday announced a series of disaster-recovery financial services designed to help people and businesses in Indiana following catastrophic flooding that started Aug. 11, 2026. Additionally, the Regions Foundation, a nonprofit funded primarily by Regions Bank, announced a commitment of $25,000 in grant funding to support American Red Cross disaster relief efforts.

The financial services announced by Regions Bank are available in portions of Indianapolis, Noblesville, Fishers and additional communities served by the bank. A full list of covered ZIP codes can be found below this announcement2. Additional areas may be added pending further assessments.

Regions Bank’s Role – Serving and Supporting Indiana Neighbors:

Through special discounts, financial assistance programs, loan-relief options and fee waivers, we hope to ease some of the financial burden so those affected can focus on moving forward.”

Options Available to Consumers:
For those impacted by the floods, options from Regions Bank, available for a limited time, include:

  • Regions Mortgage Disaster Relief Purchase and Renovation loan programs.1
  • Regions will waive ATM surcharges for non-Regions customers using Regions ATMs in the impacted areas2 through Aug. 31, 2026.
  • Non-Regions ATM fees will be waived when Regions customers use other banks’ ATMs in the impacted areas2 through Aug. 31, 2026. (Note: Fees charged by other banks or ATM owners may still apply.)
  • No check-cashing fees will be charged for FEMA-issued checks when cashed in a Regions branch.3
  • Personal loan payment assistance is available.4
  • Payment deferrals are available for current credit card holders.4
  • One penalty-free CD withdrawal is available upon request (unless within seven days of issuance or renewal) through Nov. 20, 2026.
  • An interest rate discount of up to 0.50% on new personal unsecured loans is available when customers in impacted areas apply in a branch or by phone5. The offer is available through Nov. 20, 2026.
  • An interest rate discount of up to 0.50% on non-business auto loans is available when customers in impacted areas apply in-branch or by phone6. The offer is available through Nov. 20, 2026.

Business Recovery Resources from Regions Bank:
Special business options available for a limited time in affected communities2 include:

  • Business loan payment assistance is available.4
  • Business loan payment deferrals of up to 90 days are available, expiring Nov. 20, 2026.4
