First American Home Warranty, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation and one of the nation’s leading home warranty companies, today announced that Jason Gritters has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

In this newly created executive role, Gritters will lead First American Home Warranty’s real estate line of business and corporate development function, while helping identify and advance new revenue opportunities that complement the company’s core home warranty business. His responsibilities include driving alignment and growth across the company’s real estate sales organization, strengthening strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities, and advancing initiatives designed to create additional value for customers, partners and the company.

Gritters brings more than 10 years of leadership experience across the home warranty and home services industries. He most recently served as vice president of product and corporate development at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where his responsibilities included leadership of the real estate business channel, product, sales operations, enterprise strategy and growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. Gritters' experience also includes developing go-to-market programs, brokerage partnerships, sales operations, customer relationship management strategies and acquisition marketing programs serving both real estate professionals and homeowners.

Earlier in his career, Gritters held leadership roles across finance, product management and business operations and worked in private equity, where he supported portfolio companies in accelerating growth. This broad experience across strategy, operations, product development and investment provides a strong foundation for his expanded responsibilities at First American Home Warranty.

Gritters earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
