Management Team Updates: Braze Welcomes New Chief Product Officer
Pearce Dolan will join the company as Chief Product Officer (CPO) effective August 24, 2026. Pearce will report to Braze Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Magnuson.
In his role as CPO, Pearce will lead product strategy and vision, accelerating Braze's momentum at the frontier of AI-driven customer engagement. Pearce brings nearly 20 years of experience in product and technology, having held leadership positions at hypergrowth tech startups spanning early stage through $10B+ valuations.
He joins Braze from Deel, where he served as Head of Product, scaling the company's flagship product from initial launch to a platform of numerous products spanning HR, IT, Fintech, and Payroll services. Prior to Deel, Pearce was Head of Product at Revolut, Europe's largest fintech company. Originally trained as a developer, he combines technical expertise with a focus on creating intuitive, sophisticated and impactful products.
"Pearce has built and led both B2B and B2C products inside high-growth, founder-led companies, and he brings the rare perspective of someone who has been on both sides of customer engagement software, as a builder of it and as a customer of Braze itself," said Bill Magnuson, Cofounder and CEO of Braze. "I'm excited to partner with him as we advance the most ambitious product roadmap in our history."
“I'm thrilled to join an organization like Braze that's leading the category and redefining how brands engage with their customers. I look forward to helping the team continue to turn AI disruption into opportunity while advancing Braze’s product vision and delivering powerful, intuitive tools that empower our customers to execute sophisticated cross-channel engagement at scale,” said Pearce Dolan, incoming CPO of Braze.
