Graham Corporation Awarded Over $43 Million in Defense Industry Contracts for Mission Critical Submarine and Turbomachinery Products

BATAVIA, N.Y. -- (Business Wire)

Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM), a global leader in the design and manufacture of mission critical fluid, power, heat transfer, vacuum, and advanced mixing technologies for the defense, space, energy, and process industries, today announced that it was awarded two contracts for a combined value of over $43 million.

The first contract awarded was a follow-on fourth option year supporting the MK48 Mod 7 Heavyweight Torpedo program, awarded in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended June 30, 2026. The Company will continue to provide alternators and regulators under this option year.

The Company was also awarded a contract in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, ending September 30, 2026, to provide new-build MK19 Mod 2 air turbine pump assemblies in support of the submarine fleet spares. Deliveries under the MK19 contract are expected to begin in 2028 and continue through 2030.
