Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) (“Arcosa” or the “Company”), a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, will announce its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 after markets close on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

As previously announced on June 22, 2026, the Company has entered into a merger agreement with CRH for CRH to acquire 100% of Arcosa in an all-cash transaction for $150 per share, subject to Arcosa stockholders’ and regulatory approvals. Due to the pending transaction with CRH, Arcosa will not host a quarterly conference call to review its second quarter results or provide a financial outlook.
