Mr. Chambers joined Partners Bank of California in 2007 as one of the Bank’s earliest employees, shortly after the Bank’s formation. He began his career with the Bank as a client advisor and advanced through progressively senior leadership roles by contributing to the Bank’s growth, relationship‑based business model, and operational development.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chambers will provide strategic leadership and oversee the Bank’s operations, growth initiatives, and long‑term objectives.
