Cenntro Inc.(NASDAQ: CENN) (“Cenntro” or “the Company”), a pioneering electric commercial vehicle company with advanced, market-validated, and purpose-built vehicles, announced today that on April 27, 2026, the Company received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that for the ten consecutive business days from April 13, 2026 to April 24, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, Cenntro has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). As a result, the matter has been closed.
