Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: RPT, “Rithm Property Trust” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has declared first quarter 2026 common and preferred stock dividends.

Common Stock Dividend

The Board declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The first quarter common stock dividend is payable on May 29, 2026, to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2026.

Preferred Stock Dividend

In accordance with the terms of Rithm Property Trust’s 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series C”), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the first quarter 2026 of $0.6171875 per share. The first quarter Series C dividend is payable on May 15, 2026, to preferred stockholders of record on May 1, 2026.
